April's January Finish

Here is my little finish for January.  The design is by The Prairie Schooler and is from the leaflet called Hocus Pocus.  I used DMC and GAST.  The fabric is a piece from my stash.
It was a very fun stitch.

April's January Stitch

Happy New Year everyone!  Hope everyone got what they wanted for the holidays and you are getting lots of stitching done.

I put the last stitch in my January stitch tonight, so I am sorry for the wrinkles. I stitched Nevermore from The Prairie Schooler. It is from Book #196.  I loved the Raven and felt it fit the theme for this month so well.  I used a piece of fabric from my stash and the called for DMC.

Can't wait to we more finishes for this month.

April's February Ornament

This is my little take for a skeleton.  Since I am not a skeleton fan, I decided on this little tombstone with the skeleton head from Notforgotten Farm.! Stitched on scrap fabric from my stash using GAST Blackbird.

I stitched this witch from The Prarie Schooler as my January stitch. I used a piece of fabric I had in my stash along with DMC thread. Not sure how I am going to finish it yet.

February Piece

I had a really hard time finding a vampire in my stash to stitch for this month.  So I settled on this little monster from Prairie Schooler.  My son says is a vampire, my DH says the devil.  I went with my son and say it is a vampire.  It can be found in her Heads Up! Leaflet.

Hi!

Thank you Jo for inviting me.  I am really looking forward to stitching Halloween ornaments again this year.  I love anything Halloween and this is a great way to have more ornaments for my Halloweeb trees.

My pick for January is Boo to You by Lizzie Kate. It can be found in the September/October 2012 issue of JCS Magazine.  It is the annual Halloween Issue.

I look forward to seeing everyone's stitches this year.
