Cheryl's January Winged Creature

This month I stitched a freebie owl chart from Aliolka. The owl was stitched on 14 ct plastic canvas and backed with felt.

I really enjoy making ornaments from plastic canvas as they are easy to finish, very sturdy, and flat - which makes them easy to pack away when they aren't being displayed.

Love that owl. I have never stitched on plastic but I imagine it would be great for ornaments.
